Drip Coffee:

For drip coffee, use a medium grind with a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio. Place the grounds in a filter, and evenly pour water at 200°F (93°C) over the grounds. Allow the coffee to brew for about 5 minutes. Ensure the equipment is clean to avoid altering the coffee’s flavor.

Pour Over:

For pour-over, use a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio with medium-coarse grounds. Pre-wet the filter to remove any paper taste. First, allow the coffee to bloom by pouring a small amount of water at 200°F (93°C) over the grounds and waiting 30 seconds.
